Hydraulic Accumulator
A hydraulic accumulator stores energy in the form of pressurised hydraulic fluid and releases it when the circuit requires additional flow. In gas-loaded designs, a bladder, diaphragm or piston separates the hydraulic fluid from a compressed gas charge. This helps the system respond to changing demand and manage pressure fluctuations.
Hydraulic accumulators are used in steel and rolling mills, presses, hydraulic power units and material handling equipment. Depending on the circuit design, they can support peak flow demand, compensate for small leakage losses and dampen pulsations or hydraulic shocks. Bladder, diaphragm and piston types are selected according to capacity, pressure range and operating conditions.
Need the Right Hydraulic Accumulator?
IndustrialHub BD supports hydraulic accumulator selection and sourcing for industrial maintenance and equipment projects in Bangladesh. We review the circuit function, required fluid volume, minimum and maximum operating pressures, cycle frequency, hydraulic fluid and temperature to help identify a suitable accumulator.
Send the existing brand and model, nameplate photographs, nominal capacity, pressure rating, connection size and installation dimensions. Include the specified pre-charge and any bladder, seal or charging-accessory requirements. Our team will help assess replacement compatibility and quotation options against the manufacturer specifications before supply.
