Heat Exchanger

A heat exchanger transfers thermal energy between fluids at different temperatures, helping industrial systems heat or cool a process without mixing the working fluids in conventional indirect designs. In hydraulic and lubrication circuits, an oil cooler removes excess heat to help maintain the required operating temperature and support consistent equipment performance.

Heat exchangers are used in steel and rolling mills, hydraulic power units, compressors, power generation and process machinery. Common designs include plate, shell-and-tube and air-cooled units. The appropriate design depends on the heat load, fluid properties, available cooling medium, operating pressures and installation conditions.
