Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

A pneumatic solenoid valve uses an electrical signal to control the flow and direction of compressed air. By switching the air supply and exhaust paths, it operates pneumatic cylinders and other air-driven devices in automated machinery. The solenoid may act directly on the valve or control a pilot stage, depending on the design.

Pneumatic solenoid valves are used in packaging machines, assembly lines, material handling systems, textile machinery and industrial control panels. Common configurations include 3/2, 5/2 and 5/3 valves, with single-solenoid or double-solenoid operation. The required circuit function, flow capacity and switching behaviour determine the appropriate valve for the application.

Need the Right Pneumatic Solenoid Valve?

IndustrialHub BD supports pneumatic solenoid valve selection and sourcing for industrial maintenance and automation projects in Bangladesh. We review the valve function, port size, flow requirement, operating pressure and pilot-air requirements to help identify a suitable replacement. Coil voltage, AC or DC supply, electrical connector and the valve state when de-energised must match the control system.

Send the existing brand and model, photographs of the valve symbol and coil label, thread details and mounting dimensions. Include the manifold or baseplate model where applicable, along with any requirements for manual override, silencers, connectors or replacement coils. Our team will help assess pneumatic, electrical and mounting compatibility and prepare quotation options before supply.
